Heather Tompkins wants to live in a world where everyone has access to a quality financial plan. As an Account Manager with PIEtech, Inc., the creators of MoneyGuidePro, Heather works closely with advisors, management, and technology professionals to work towards this goal with efficiency.
Heather shows her clients how to combine the latest technology with their own expertise to maximize client relationships, revenue, and referrals.
Prior to joining PIEtech, Heather delivered innovative business marketing solutions to a wide range of professionals. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management at Virginia Tech.

Rick Roche is a Managing Director at Little Harbor Advisors, LLC. He has 36+ years' experience in investment management and hold Series 3 (Commodities), 7, 63 and 65 licenses. Rick earned his Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charter in 2014.
Rick's a Member of Society of Quantitative Analysts -SQA (2017-2018) and Local-Only member of CFA Society - MN. He earned a B.A. -History from the University of Dayton.
Since 1991, Rick's consulted 85 major financial companies and had personally trained 72,000 financial sales pros in customer loyalty marketing, capital market trends and investment behavior.
In 3Q and 4Q 2017, Rick was the featured speaker at five CFA Society and three CAIA Chapter events. He has even earned the Top-Rated Speaker rating.
